Bettinardi Golf, the specialist milled putter manufacturer based in Chicago, has appointed marketing agency Sports Impact to raise its brand and product profile in the UK & Ireland.

Played on Tour by Matt Kuchar, who earned more than $4.6m in prize money last year and finished inside the top 10 eleven times, Bettinardi has a strong following in the USA with putters like the Kuchar Model blade series, the iNOVAi  mallet and the Queen B series for lady golfers.

“Having Sports Impact tell the story behind the quality control we engineer into each product will help us stand out from other putter suppliers and see our brand succeed in Europe as it has done in the United States,” said Sam Bettinardi, VP of Sales & Marketing.

The 2015 Bettinardi putter range consists of 17 different models in conventional blade or mallet shapes, each hand-crafted by up to 75 engineers and technicians using hi-tech CNC milling technology. The range of core materials used range from the finest 303 stainless steel or mild carbon steel, to aircraft-grade aluminium.

“Bettinardi has a well-earned reputation for producing many of the finest putters available in golf and we intend to promote the reasons why to golfers here so they become familiar with the outstanding premium products and their performance value,” said agency CEO John Collard.

Bettinardi putters are distributed in the UK & Ireland by Golf Devices Ltd in Bracknell and details of the range can be found at www.bettinardi.co.uk.
