BIG MAX, Europe’s most owned push trolley brand, is joining forces with MGI, Australasia’s leading electric trolley brand, to bring a new level of quality and innovation to the U.K. and European electric trolley market.

Each with over 20 years in the market and conceived by business pioneers who are still at the helm, BIG MAX and MGI share DNA that is rooted in quality, innovation and opportunity. A meeting at the 2015 PGA Show highlighted the synergies between the two iconic brands and paved the way for a partnership that is set to shake up the electric market.

Thomas Reiter, founder of BIG MAX commented, “MGI is an exceptional brand and that’s why we’ve been able to move things along so quickly. Its record for delivering reliable, high quality innovations is unrivalled in the Southern Hemisphere so we’re very excited to combine the best of MGI and BIG MAX in the U.K. and Europe.”

The first steps for the new partnership will be the launch of the BIG MAX QUAD series in early 2016 for which pre-orders are now being taken. The QUAD HUNTER and QUAD COASTER will start the season with further additions to the series later in the year. Constructed to suit European conditions the QUAD series will bring levels of quality and reliability not previously seen on these shores.

“MGI golf buggies are built to be robust, reliable and powerful so will be perfect for European conditions,” commented founder of MGI, Ian Edwards. “The QUAD series we’ve developed with BIG MAX is the pinnacle of our current technology so we anticipate that our partnership with this great European brand will get off to a flying start.”
