Burhill Golf & Leisure Company Chooses GMS and Sport Social

Golf Marketing Services Ltd (GMS) and Sport Social has announced that Burhill Golf & Leisure Company (BGL) has appointed the agencies to handle its PR across the UK in 2015.
One of the largest golf course operators in the UK, BGL Golf has 22 courses at its ten venues, with leisure centres and Adventure Golf courses developed at selected sites. The vision of BGL Golf is to offer ‘great destinations for every golf and leisure occasion’, providing accessible and affordable golf to players of all abilities.
BGL is the third new client on the GMS roster in as many weeks. The news comes at the end of GMS and Sport Social’s most successful year since the agencies began trading in 2001 and 2013 respectively.
Together, GMS and Sport Social will represent BGL’s three divisions; BGL Golf, BGL Leisure and BGL Estates across the companies growing portfolios. GMS will handle all golf related communications, while Sport Social are contracted to work on behalf of BGL Leisure and BGL Estates.
