Club Car customers to benefit from revolutionary Sales Tool App

Club Car, the world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emissions electric vehicles and Official Supplier to The 2014 Ryder Cup, has launched a new Sales Toolkit App, designed to provide an instant quote delivery system and enhance customer service.
The App is aimed at improving dealer and sales representatives’ access to relevant information, with a full library of tools, such as brochures, photos, and videos, all available at a swipe of a finger. The system also enables the virtual configuration of a vehicle and the ability to e-mail a quote instantaneously to a prospective or existing customer.
“The new Sales Toolkit App provides all the necessary elements to ensure a more effective meeting,” commented Mike Cotter, Director, Consumer & Commercial Marketing at Club Car.
“The Configurator functionality of the application is cutting-edge. It enables a custom configuration and display of a Club Car vehicle with any choice of options and accessories available within a particular region, which can be sent to a customer or lead while you are sitting in the meeting, while the conversation is still fresh.”
Mike Cotter continued: “As we develop our products and new components are created, these can all be loaded onto the app as simply as we can send an e-mail.
“For new models, as soon as we have the information and imagery ready, these will be uploaded to the application and added to the Configurator.
“This will ensure our sales force has up-to-the-minute information wherever they are in the world and be able to provide their customers with the latest fleet options and the best possible service.”
Club Car’s new Sales Toolkit application is optimised for use on iPad, iPad Mini and Android tablet devices. Information stored within the app is available with or without an internet connection.
