ClubVIEW launches web-based video service

Having just celebrated their first ten years in business, ClubVIEW MD Kevin Evans is now launching what he sees as the next big step for the UK and Ireland’s quality clubs: a web-based video service.

Kevin explains: “We’re constantly developing ways of making our sites the best for showcasing the UK’s quality golf clubs. Now that many more clubs understand the power of great imagery, we think it’s the right time to tell them about web-based videos, and make it easier and more affordable for them to make the next step.”

“As the cost of creating web-based HD formatted short promotional films has come down dramatically, we believe clubs will want to exploit the power of moving images and voiceovers to market their clubs and courses. Provided they are done well, web-based promos are even more powerful than great images.”

“With one click the club can literally speak to any viewer and take them on a guided tour of their clubhouse and course, mixing still with moving footage to showcase their offering in the most consumer-friendly way. Combined with stop and click features to allow the viewer to learn more about specific topics mentioned during the film, it is a very attractive, easy and effective way of selling your club.”

“But like everything we do at ClubVIEW, it only works if it’s planned, designed and executed well. With ClubVIEW, that’s something that more and more golf clubs are realizing that they can rest assured will happen when they choose to work with us.”
