Colt Mackenzie McNair (CMM), the specialist executive recruitment firm working exclusively in the global golf industry, has been appointed by the Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) to find its new Director of Education.
The role, which replaces the position of Chief Executive Officer, will provide the resource required to match the demand for the organisation’s Management Development Programme, an education pathway that has been developed with assistance from the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).

The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is a non-profit making professional association with members involved in the management of sports clubs (golf, tennis, sailing and other sports), health & fitness clubs, leisure, city and dining clubs located throughout Europe.
It provides a forum for the encouragement, development and recognition of education and professionalism in club management.
