HowDidiDo Media and Yumax Merge To Form The Yumax Group

Yumax Group websiteYUMAX and HowDidiDo Media today announced the news that the two companies have joined forces in a merger that sees the creation of a new multi-faceted company called the YUMAX Group.

The exciting merger brings together, with immediate effect, the UK & Ireland’s largest and most engaged golf community and a leading golf sales & marketing agency.

Commenting on behalf of the YUMAX Group, Richard Peabody, the company’s new CEO said, “HowDidiDo Media is delighted to have forged this new partnership with Roger Wolfe and the YUMAX Team. Our brands were already closely aligned through a number of existing projects, so it made complete sense to bring us all under one umbrella to create a truly all-encompassing golf group.

“With many years’ experience in our respective sectors of the golf industry, our goal is simple. We want to deliver a range of services, under one roof, that ultimately provides across the board strategies and solutions for companies looking to drive their businesses forward in the world of golf.

Founded in 2001, the HowDidiDo website has established a database of over half a million club golfers. The ability to connect leading golf brands and corporate companies with highly engaged golf club members via a variety a mechanisms has seen the company produce outstanding returns for its partners.

The merger sees a number of changes within the senior management team, with Barry Dyett assuming the role of Chairman, Richard Peabody becoming the company’s CEO and Glyn Roberts bringing his unrivalled expertise as Financial Director. In addition Roger Wolfe will take on the position of Managing Director across the group

Established in 2007 by Wolfe, YUMAX has a longstanding reputation for delivering outstanding marketing & advertising campaigns for leading brands as well as masterminding sales and marketing strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands. In addition, the company is an expert in providing innovative solutions for companies looking to establish a foothold in the golf market, like swingSURE and the Digital Sign-In Book, both of which continue to go from strength-to-strength.
