About Golf, producers of the world’s most advanced golf simulator, were selected by leading international banking corporation HSBC to provide an indoor golf experience at two venues to coincide with their sponsorship of the HSBC World Matchplay Championships.
The first installation took place at the companies Canary Wharf headquarters where over a two day period staff and visitors were able to pitch their skills against About Golf’s highly advanced golf simulator technology enjoying an extensive range of courses and taking part in longest drive and nearest the pin challenges.
The second installation took place at the HSBC World Matchplay event itself at Wentworth 14-17th September. The About Golf Simulator was located in the tented village providing the opportunity for over 5,000 visitors over a five day period to enjoy an interactive experience. They included a number of talented youngsters from the HSBC Wee Wonders programme. Once again competition was fierce with participants able to take part in long drive and nearest the pin competitions winning prizes from leading equipment company Titleist.
