Max Out Golf announces license agreement with Urban Golf

Urban Golf web pageMax Out Golf, LLC, a pioneer in the use of launch monitor technology in the golf equipment fitting process announces the signing of a non-exclusive patent license agreement with Urban Golf of London which will cover Urban Golf’s United Kingdom locations as well as their affiliate in New York. The agreement covers three U.S. patents which speak to the Systems and Methods for Fitting Golf Equipment.

“Urban Golf exemplifies the proper approach to an equipment fitting,” says Gary Esayian, managing partner of Max Out Golf. “Brand agnostic, results-driven, no clock on the time it requires to do the right work for the player are all hallmarks of the outstanding work done at the Urban Golf studios in New York and London. We are pleased they have utilized our process and have formally recognized that fact with the execution of this agreement.”

Urban Golf COO James Day adds, “We are pleased to have formalized our arrangement with Max Out Golf which gives us the right to use their IP which forms the backbone of our player fitting sessions. We have known and worked with Max Out since our inception and recognized their breakthrough work in the overall fitting process. We look forward to working with Max Out on developing new approaches to equipment fitting and player improvement through the use of their technology and applications in R&D.”

London-based Urban Golf has been a leader in indoor golf since 2004, and currently operates two stand-alone venues in Central London which offer simulator hire and membership, food and beverages, clothing and accessories and instruction, as well as one of the United Kingdom’s leading club fitting studios, ‘The Bunker.’
