Gemini Network Media (Gemini) has acquired leading club management software developer M H Systems as the next step in the strategy of building a new force in club software.
Gemini’s Golf Club Network has over 200 customers using its competitive website offering, and has developed an online tee time booking system to integrate with the website product. The acquisition of MH Systems and its club management software makes strong strategic sense in a marketplace where customers are turning to a one stop shop offering integrated web- and server-based applications.
However, modern club managers also expect their software not only to be robust and well supported, but provided by a developer that’s willing to collaborate with their preferred supplier for club apps, tee time systems or handicap and competitions software. This trend is driving a number of new partnerships in the sector, including M H Systems with Eagle and HandicapMaster.
While M H Systems is best known for its widely admired CHIPS EPoS system, its latest M H Golf software for membership, subscriptions, handicaps and competitions has been attracting very positive comments from its customer base.
