Peter Cowen, one of the world’s most recognised and well-respected golf coaches, has joined forces with a group of business associates to form a new international company named ‘Peter Cowen Golf’.
The company has five divisions: The Academies, Course Design, Course Construction, Event Management and Management Services. Each will be managed from the company’s headquarters in Lichfield, Staffordshire, UK.
“Peter Cowen Golf gives me the opportunity to expand my business interests and to capitalise on my experience of working with the world’s best,” said Peter Cowen. “With our initial focus on these five key business areas we are confident we can offer a valuable service and, more importantly, a fresh approach. We are keen to build further relationships with key strategic partners in all of these areas and have ambitious expansion plans with a number of initiatives already in place.”
In addition to the new Peter Cowen Golf Academy in Oslo, Peter Cowen Golf aims to establish a series of user-friendly high quality ‘Peter Cowen Golf Academy’ branded tuition centres at key locations throughout the world. Each academy will provide a comprehensive range of golf practice and tuition facilities, constructed and furnished to the very highest standards. Approved professionals will also be on hand to teach the Peter Cowen ‘philosophy’ and provide structured learning programmes that cater for every level of ability.

Peter Cowen Golf is currently re-developing a site in the UK that, when launched later this year, aims to become the first of a new breed of world-class Peter Cowen Academy branded, golf tuition and practice ‘super-centres’.
