Nike Golf unleashes the Super Series 2

8.30am 10th November 2004 - Corporate

Nike Golf has introduced the new Power Distance Super Series 2, its latest golf ball offering for golfers of all abilities. Nike Golf first introduced its proprietary Super Flex Core technology with the Power Distance Super Soft in November 2002. The result has been a wildly popular, low-compression distance ball.
The first application of the Super Flex Core technology from lead engineer Rock Ishii was so successful and so well received that Nike Golf has redesigned the entire Power Distance line incorporating the new core in each of the range’s three balls – the Super Far, the Super Fly, and the Super Soft – to create the Power Distance Super Series.
The new Super Series 2 builds on the success of the original Super Series by offering three distinctly different golf balls designed to assist the recreational golfer to gain more distance, improve overall feel, generate optimal lift forces needed to maximise carry and deliver exceptional durability and spin control all at a value price point.
The Super Series 2 packaging has also been intuitively designed to lead the consumer automatically to their ball of choice, red for power (distance), blue for flight (more carry) and green for touch and feel (around the greens).
The new Power Distance Super Series 2 balls are available across Europe now. Each dozen will carry a suggested retail price of £16/€25.00
