PowerPlay Golf Is Recruiting

8.59am 24th June 2011 - Corporate

The first PowerPlay Golf event took place at The Celtic Manor Resort on 30 May, watched by a large TV audience around the world. With the next PowerPlay Golf events already slated for China and the U.S. later this year and many more events planned for 2012 and beyond, the company needs to recruit ‘brilliant’ people to manage its global growth.

“We need three people initially but we expect our team will grow further later this year,” says PowerPlay Golf director, Andy Hiseman. “Right now we’re asking for applications to fill two roles in sales and marketing and also from would-be club services executives who can help us to communicate successfully with people who run golf clubs worldwide. PowerPlay Golf makes golfers want to play golf more often and we need someone who can help golf club operators to capitalise on that.”

PowerPlay Golf’s market is huge. The targets are the 36,000 golf clubs and 56 million golfers around the world. No wonder the company expects this initial round of recruiting to be repeated before the end of 2011.

“We need high performance people to join us – and fast,” says Andy. “Don’t delay! We’ll start interviewing in mid-July.”
