A major order for 11 Gianni Ferrari model T4 professional mower collectors from a large Scottish local authority continues the success The Double A Trading Company have had with Gianni Ferrari for over 10 years.

Demand for Gianni Ferrari Mowers in Scotland through specialist grounds care equipment supplier Double A has never been greater.

The new machines ordered have been added to an existing fleet of Gianni Ferrari mower-collectors – as part of a rolling replacement programme.

They will be used to assist in the maintenance of 4000 gardens, 1000 hectares of grass, 100 golf clubs and 100 football pitches in the South East region of Scotland.

Other machines will be used for the upkeep of burial areas – including 55 cemeteries.

Hugh Ramsay, Area Sales Manager for Fife-based Double A, is delighted that the Gianni Ferrari T4s continue to deliver the performance required by an extremely busy council.

“Double A has strong links with many local authorities across Scotland and we supply them with a variety of turf maintenance equipment,” says Hugh. “We offer a comprehensive service, including advice on maintaining their equipment and individually tailored maintenance contracts to ensure that they remain in top condition.”

The Turbo 4 (known as theT4) is a professional mower collector and represents the top of the range of Gianni Ferrari – always delivering a superb performance and finish. The four-wheel drive, 36hp model has a working width of 150cm coupled with high capacity, high dump1300 litre hopper. The contrary-rotation collecting deck controls the distribution of cuttings to the collector avoiding clogging and unnecessary down time.

Gianni Ferrari machines are designed and built with full regard to safety and reliability in all working conditions. The mowers meet all EEC regulations for safety, noise, vibrations and emissions. Maximising safety and stability is a priority in the manufacturing process.
