MytimeActive Dibden logoMytime Active has invited hundreds of residents to get into the Christmas spirit and get active this coming festive season by joining the first ever Solent Santa Dash at Dibden Golf Centre on Sunday 6th December.

People from across the Southampton area can join family, friends and neighbours in the fun event and enjoy the stunning views from the Mytime Active-run Dibden Golf Course which lies between Southampton Water and the New Forest.

All participants get a Santa suit and the red-suited runners can take a seasonal stroll or a Yuletide yomp by walking, jogging or running in this mass-participation event organized by Mytime Active.

The Santa Dash starts at 11am on Sunday 6 December at Dibden Golf Centre (SO45 5TB) and people can register online to take part at www.mytimeactive.co.uk/santa-dash-sandwell

“We are really looking forward to our first ever Solent Santa Dash to get people moving and have fun at Christmas time” said Dibden course manager Roger Tomey. “It’s something for everyone to take part in just for the hell of it and to enjoy it with family, friends and neighbours. “Everyone taking part will get a warm welcome here at Dibden so don’t even think about it, please just sign yourself up now and really get in the Christmas spirit.”

The Santa Dash is a fun, festive, family orientated event over a 2km course through the golf course. It’s not a race, but a fun run, jog or walk around the course, allowing you to be a part of a fantastic Christmas experience as one of hundreds of Santas taking part.
