All Golf Clubs have been sent a Complimentary Invitation for two members of their team to attend the Southern Golf Management Group (GMG) Supplier Expo on 21st October at Lingfield Golf Hotel and Marriott Resort in Surrey.
The day will be of interest to a wide range of golf club staff including Owners, General Managers, Club Secretaries, Course Managers, Chefs and Catering Managers, Catering Franchisees, Directors of Golf, Club Professionals (there are 15 PGA CPD points available to PGA members), Club Captains and Committee Members.
The Exhibition provides a great opportunity to interact with more than 25 GMG supplier companies who are keen to save clients money via GMG cooperative purchasing, while the programme of seminars includes plenty of new ideas on Club administration. Speakers include Simon Wordsworth, CEO of 59Club, Roger Hyder from Pin High Golf Group, Davin Jeayes of Clockwork Golf, David Colclough and Oliver Worts from the PGA, and biofuels expert Simon Wardle who will explain to delegates how to “Grow your Own Fuel”.
There is an optional 13 hole Shotgun start challenge on the Championship Course in an Am/Am format – best two scores to count with prizes for the top three teams – with a Mercedes Benz on offer for a hole in one.
All delegates receive a free edition of ‘Contracts-Manager’, GMG’s bespoke software package which manages service contracts and any club which subsequently joins GMG can get their first year’s subscription for just £99 + VAT (normally £149 + VAT).
The day includes a complimentary light lunch.
