The 2013 Asia Pacific Golf Summit (APGS) will focus the spotlight on this topic during this year’s conference to be held at the five-star Shangri-la Hotel Jakarta, Indonesia on 5 – 7 November.

It has secured the services of a world class golf course photographer to discuss how golf clubs can harness the power of visual communications as a powerful marketing and promotions tool. He is Iain Lowe of Iain Lowe Photography from Scotland, a 20-year veteran in this art-form.

Lowe will use photography and video and case studies to showcase the need for powerful marketing imagery and the elements that combine to produce strong imagery.

“I will show how a course, club-house and level of service can be made to stand out by drawing on the exciting innovations of the digital era,” Lowe pointed out.

In his words, the visual imagery of marketing a golf course today is a whole new ball game. It is dramatic and enthralling and when engaged in the right manner, can do wonders for a golf course.
