Jim James, Augusta National, to speak at The Belfry on 10th December

CMAE logoThe Midlands and North Region (UK) of the Club Managers Association of Europe are proud to present a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet and hear from CMAA Club Executive of the Year 2013, Jim James (Senior Director of Club and Hospitality Operations at Augusta National Golf Club, USA).

At The Belfry on 10th December Jim will be speaking for the first time outside of the USA during his visit in December and, with his exceptional standards on customer service delivery, it is your opportunity to learn from the very best in the club industry.

Club Management magazine (CMAA) named Jim G. James, CCM, 2013 Club Executive of the Year. He has served as Senior Director, Club and Hospitality Operations at Augusta National Golf Club, Augusta, Ga, home to the Masters Tournament for the past 18 years.

“The standards that are established by Augusta National are legendary. Most clubs aspire to be like Augusta National. Few even approach. And it takes someone of Jim’s talents, dedication and demeanour to assist in guiding this club to its greatness,” says Chris Borders, CCM, and recently retired General Manager of the Atlanta Athletic Club, Atlanta, Ga.
