The Directors of Espiche Golf are delighted to announce that highly experienced Golf and Hospitality Executive, Luis Miguel Rocha, has joined the Espiche Golf team as General Manager. His appointment reinforces their commitment to continue to invest in the quality of the team, service and facilities at Espiche Golf.
Luis brings to Espiche a strong background in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he launched and operated, as General Manager and Board Member, two of Merlin Entertainment Group’s Aquarium Sea Life attractions in Jesolo, Italy and in Porto.
He also has extensive prior professional experience in the Algarve, including resort management as General Manager at both Ponta Grande and Vale do Lobo, golf management at Vale do Lobo, Vila Sol and Quinta da Marinha and tourism development as the Executive Director of the Algarve Convention Bureau.

The arrival of Luis comes following a strengthening of the golf operations team, with the appointment of three new golf attendants in recent months and the considerable investment in the golf course and “acclaimed” new clubhouse which opened in May 2014
