Headland Amenity have expanded their sales capacity in the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the appointment of Dave Howells as Technical Sales Manager.
Headland are pleased to be able to strengthen and enhance their technical support in that region and Dave will work with both end users and Headland’s distribution network.
Dave’s experience has taken in Greenkeeping, at golf clubs around Europe, as well as sales. He is no stranger to Headland, and their unique products, as he previously worked for the company for 10 years before embarking on other projects. A desire to get back out into the field, and the company’s requirement to strengthen their presence in the North, have led Dave back to Headland.
As Technical Sales Manager, Dave’s main responsibility will be to support both existing and new customers. Thanks to his previous years spent with the company, he is uniquely placed to help them to build on their recent growth by providing good advice and technical support.
In his spare time Dave is a massive fan of Leeds United and enjoys taking his two sons to see matches when he can (although he thinks they’re not as keen due to the often questionable Leeds results!). His other interests include spending time with his family, growing dahlias in his garden and taking his beagle Milo out for walks.
