Feldon Valley Golf Club announced this week the appointment of Marcus Lovelock as their new General Manager. Former PinPointGolf GM Marcus started in September and is thrilled to be at the helm of this picturesque Cotswolds based club. “Feldon Valley, although not well known, is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever played golf” Situated on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border the peaceful par 71 supplies wonderful views of the rolling hills that surround it. The club was purchased in October 2013 and the new owner employed the services of 360 Golf to help him manage the progression of the club and deliver his vision for Feldon Valley – formerly known as Brailes.

Robert Clive, director of 360 Golf said: “We are delighted to have Marcus join our team. The opportunity to create something special at Feldon Valley is obvious to all involved.  Since 360 Golf were appointed in February 2014 we have produced and started to deliver an ambitious upgrade and improvement program. The golf course is already benefitting and we have plans for significant change and enhancement in the clubhouse this winter.

“This is a slightly unusual appointment for us at 360 but the site is so beautiful and we see the opportunity to make Feldon Valley into a really fun golf course, a must play in the Cotswolds and a club that both members and owners can be equally proud.“

Marcus added that the club has already invested a lot of money on course improvements. “I’m looking to the next few years to see lots of golfers visit this stunning part of the UK and come to play Feldon Valley. I certainly guarantee the warmest of welcomes”
