Dean Poynter has joined MH Systems, the club software developer, as their National Sales Manager. Tasked with delivering the company’s sales campaign in the sports clubs market, Poynter will be putting his long experience in selling golf club collateral to good use and is more than ready to meet the challenge.

“After ten successful years with Eagle, the UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of signage and printed collateral for golf clubs, I was really looking for a new challenge.” said Poynter, “Having sold the Eagle club members’ app very effectively into nearly one hundred clubs in two years, I was keen to develop my sales skills in the wider software applications for clubs.”

He continued, “One of the aspects that particularly appealed in moving to MH Systems is the enthusiasm they have for their customers, which they demonstrate by delivering service and support standards that are particularly appreciated by their customers.”

Poynter’s looking forward to selling club management software, as he explains, “The Eagle App gave me a great insight to the way clubs think about technology. MH Systems’ software not only deals with all the normal operational requirements of a club – EPoS, membership and subscriptions, handicaps and competitions management – but there are some innovations in the pipeline that I’m really keen to promote to new and existing customers in the autumn.”

Poynter concluded: “It’s going to be quite a steep learning curve, but I’m confident of top notch support from MH Systems and I’m very much looking forward to working as part of a great team.”
