Designed by Manuel Pinero in 2006 and run by Banca March, recently named Best Private Bank in Europe for the third time, since 2013, the 18 hole golf course (par 68) at Sancti Petri Hills is close to the sea in the heart of Novo Sancti Petri (55km from Jerez Airport).

Sancti Petri p3Currently on the market the Club and Course are fully open for business with total revenues for the year to date 37% up compared with last year. The asking price has not been disclosed but full details will be supplied to prospective purchasers who register on-line.

Weather in Sancti Petri is always marvellous with an annual average temperature of 17.8 °C. At this time of year the temperature varies from 22º to 31º Celsius, Average rainfall is 632 mm.

Recent work on the golf course has repaired some damaged areas of Hole 17 producing 125 cu. m. Instead of sending this to landfill, the course’s grounds team has remodelled the area in front of the green on Hole 16 which has reduced the difficulty of the hole for higher handicappers.
