Hirst Priory Park Golf Course in North Lincolnshire was laid out over the parkland surrounding Hirst Priory in 1994 to a design by David Baxter. The course is arranged in two loops of nine. The clubhouse is a converted courtyard stable block which is said to have retained much of its former character. Hirst Priory itself is not included in the sale.

The course is located close to junction 2 of the M180 between Scunthorpe and Doncaster. The motorway links to the M18, M62 and A1(M) bringing cities such as Leeds, Hull and Sheffield within the catchment area.

There is a development opportunity for a 60 bedroom golf hotel with full leisure and conference facilities on a green field site within the golf course. The guide price is £1.1 million.

The freehold of the property, which amounts in total to 140 acres, is being offered for sale by golf brokers Chesterton HMH of London and Scorer Clay Richardson of Stamford.
