The former Thoulstone Golf Course
The former Thoulstone Park Golf Course near Warminster has now been sold by Strutt & Parker.
Charles Greville-Heygate from their Leisure & Hotels Department said: “It is gratifying to know that this site, which has been empty for ten years, has passed to a new owner and will get a new future. This lovely area of parkland was developed as a golf course in 1991 and closed in 2002. It has planning consent for a grand 54 bedroom hotel. The new owner has not disclosed his plans but I wish him every success with his new venture.”
