The 2017 BMW PGA Championship, which will be the first tournament in the European Tour’s new Rolex Series, is renowned as one of the leading social and sporting events on the calendar, and fans can ensure they will be part of the special occasion with tickets and hospitality for the 2017 event now on sale.

The iconic Wentworth Club in Surrey will once again host next year’s BMW PGA Championship from May 25-28, and it promises to be an even better experience for spectators.

Discounted advance general admission tickets, onsite parking and grandstand seating for the 2017 BMW PGA Championship are now on sale here. Early bird ticketing offers are available until Saturday December 31, 2016, with prices for adults discounted by £8.50 on gate price for Day tickets, £17 on Weekend tickets and £20 on Season tickets.

Official Hospitality packages also available in Clubhouse, the Village Pavilion and now the Championship Pavilion, a fantastic new hospitality area which overlooks the 18th green, renowned for providing one of the best greenside views of golf anywhere in the world.

The BMW PGA Championship boasts an illustrious list of past champions across its 62 year history, including Major Champions such as Seve Ballesteros, Sir Nick Faldo, Bernhard Langer, Rory McIlroy and Ian Woosnam. Ryder Cup player Chris Wood became the latest player to add his name to the trophy when he won the 2016 BMW PGA Championship by one shot.

In 2017, the championship will begin a new chapter in its proud history when it is the first event in the European Tour’s new Rolex Series, a series of seven tournaments across the season, all with a minimum prize fund of $7million in addition to many other significant enhancements allowing fans to get even closer to the action.

As well as the golf, after-play concerts will return in 2017, plus a star studded line up for the celebrity Pro-Am, making it a must-attend bank holiday event.

Jamie Birkmyre, Championship Director, said: “The BMW PGA Championship is steeped with history and offers the chance to combine watching some of the world’s best golfers, as well as some fantastic entertainment.

“Next year’s event promises to be the best event yet, so we are delighted to announce that fans can now book their tickets to ensure they are part of the occasion.

“Our hospitality packages provide a unique environment for guests to witness a world class event, and we believe all of our fans can find the right offering to suit their needs when looking to entertain clients, colleagues, friends or family.

“We are also excited to launch our new hospitality offer in the Championship Pavilion – Green on 18 – which gives our fans the chance to experience one of the best views in golf as players finish their round on the West Course’s famous final hole.”
