Your Golf Holidays – the combined name for the highly-reputed and long-established GolfPlanet Holidays and French Golf Holidays golf tour operator – is starting to sell its all-new and bespoke reservations system.
“SME specialist tour operator software systems were non-existent,” says the company.. “However, gone are the days when these tour operators have to work with a system designed for travel agents or standard operators.”
For a dedicated team at Your Golf Holidays has developed a complete reservations-ticketing-finance-CMS system over many years and the latest Windows and web-based version is available to SME specialist tour operators at a fraction of the cost of the non-specialist systems on offer.
“What’s more”, says Morgan Clarke, managing director of Your Golf Holidays, “most tour operators have to pay all sorts of extra fees to the software owner but we’re selling it for an all-in-one price with no hidden charges for licences, work stations, tailor-making and maintenance. Once you’ve paid for it, you don’t have to worry about continuing costs.
“The system is called TiO. It replaces our previous system that was again designed and programmed by our staff. TiO is web-based and offers everything that an SME tour-operator needs – time-saving reservations, detailed CRM information, comprehensive reporting, automatic ticketing, live access to the accounts system.
“Plus, whatever description we write for our destinations also updates our website. It’s the all-in-one system that allows us to play in the ‘big boys’ league’ at a very acceptable price.”
The development has taken eight years. “I don’t want to know how much it’s cost us” continues Morgan “but whenever I looked at the systems on offer, none of them came close to providing a solution. So we built our own. The system has been very good for us but TiO takes things up to the most professional level”.
TiO will typically sell for about £17,000 for up to 15 lifetime licences, including:
