Following the latest Covid-19 advice issued by the Scottish government, all bars, restaurants and clubs in central Scotland will have to stop serving alcohol indoors after 6pm from tonight and for the next 16 days.

Scotland’s golf courses have been given the green light reopen on May 29, subject to final confirmation by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon next Thursday.

History will be made once again at the ‘home of golf’ in 2021 when The 150th Open is played at St Andrews from 11-18 July
