Scottish Golf launches ‘Smartcard’ centralised handicap system
Scottish Golf has announced that it is to launch the country’s first ever centralised handicap system. It is estimated that the new scheme will benefit Scotland’s 250,000 club golfers. Scottish Golf is a partnership between the Scottish Golf Union, the Scottish Ladies Golfing Association and Scotland on Line
