Laceby Manor Resort has been granted planning permission for a new Indoor Padel and Golf Centre, representing a major enhancement to the resort’s championship golf offering and underlining its ongoing investment in delivering an outstanding golfing experience.

Designed to complement and elevate the existing golf course, the new centre will provide golfers with state-of-the-art practice, coaching and retail facilities all in one destination. Covering more than 1,000 square metres, the development will include a cutting-edge PuttView interactive putting green, new practice facilities, and a golf simulator, giving players the opportunity to train, analyse and refine their game year-round, regardless of weather conditions.

A modern, well-stocked golf shop will form a key part of the centre, retailing leading brands including J. Lindeberg, PING and TaylorMade, further strengthening Laceby Manor’s position as a premium golfing venue in the region.

Alongside its golf-focused facilities, the centre will also feature two indoor padel courts, modern changing rooms and a welcoming café, creating a vibrant social hub for golfers before and after their round, as well as a wider sporting offer for resort guests and the local community.

The building will also act as a new welcome and information centre, improving arrival and orientation for visiting golfers and enhancing the overall resort experience. Importantly, the centre will be open to non-members, ensuring accessibility for local golfers and visitors alike.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring, with completion targeted for later in 2026. Laceby Manor has confirmed that local contractors will be used wherever possible, and the project is expected to generate new employment opportunities both during construction and once the centre opens.
