The Hampshire based golf club accounting specialist, Accountancy Matters, have become Intelligent Golf’s Preferred Xero Accounts Migration Partner

Hampshire based golf club accounting specialist, Accountancy Matters, have become intelligentgolf’s preferred Xero Accounts migration partner – bringing a true end-to-end accounting function one step closer for UK golf clubs.

The company, who offer outsourced accounting and payroll services to golf clubs, have worked with club management software provider, intelligentgolf, for a number of years. This new initiative provides a vital link between them and Xero, the cloud-based accounts package, creating a fully integrated system – from payment at the till to audited accounts.

The team of ‘Migration Champions’ at Accountancy Matters have spent many years learning, teaching and honing all that encompasses a seamless migration, working with clubs every step of the way – before, during and after the migration path.

Talking of the new preferred status, Paul Mould, Director at Accountancy Matters, comments: “This is a significant partnership between our companies and an exciting one for UK golf clubs. Achieving real-time, end-to-end functionality from till to accounts has long been viewed as a panacea, well out of the financial reach of golf clubs. Utilising the latest cloud-based technologies, it can now be a reality for the vast majority of clubs.

We’re delighted to be at the sharp end of this innovation for the industry and look forward to working with clubs as they look to streamline their operations, save money and become more efficient”.
