“We are pleased to announce that Lone Star, a US-based global private equity firm, has acquired a majority stake in the business of The Club Company.

“Lone Star have confirmed their backing for the current management team and will be providing further funds to grow the group as and when opportunities arise.

“The financing was provided by Broadhaven Credit Partners, a Sankaty Advisors affiliate.

“This is an exciting time for all of us: staff, members and everyone who works with The Club Company.”
