MJ Abbott Limited appoints two new directors

Two members of the management team, Steve Briggs and Mick Regan, have been promoted.

Leading sportsturf contractor MJ Abbott Limited has announced the promotion of two members of its management team.

Steve Briggs joined the company as a Contracts Manager in 1995, and has worked alongside current director Nigel Wyatt to build the company’s reputation in the golf market.

Mick Regan was appointed as a Construction Manager in May 2000, and then took over responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations from Michael Abbott on his retirement in 2005.

Commenting on the appointments, MJ Abbott’s Managing Director Jonathan Abbott said: “We are delighted that Steve and Mick have demonstrated their long-term commitment to the company by accepting promotion to Contracts Director and Operations Director respectively. We now have a superb management team in place to ensure the continuing success of the business.”
