Wiedenmann UK has taken 54 dealer representatives on a training mission to Grassau in southern Germany to see new machines and developments in their fleet.
Taking centre stage were the company’s latest additions. The Terra Spike SL is for fine turf and tractors from 20 HP. Weighing just 470 kg, it tines down to 210 mm and is twice the match for some shallow aerators. Also newly arrived is the Terra Float Air, a pneumatic overseeding machine which combines a rotary spiker and an overseeding unit. Seed rates are controlled via a precise metering system. Seed is blown to the surface via eight tubes and a distribution chute.
Dealer staff from across Britain and Ireland were welcomed by Wiedenmann’s elite team of engineers and developers before receiving detailed briefings on all the machines.
