Your Golf Travel Limited has acquired the assets of Augusta Golf Tours Limited for an undisclosed sum following their administration.
Augusta Golf Tours offered packages and tours to watch the world-renowned Masters tournament held each April in Augusta, Georgia.
It should be noted that Your Golf Travel has only acquired Augusta Golf Tours’ assets but not taken on any of their existing liabilities.
