Wynyard Golf Club is inviting local residents and members of the public to view proposals for a new, multimillion pound development comprising a new 50 bedroom hotel; leisure facilities including tennis courts, luxury spa, pool, gymnasium and restaurant; together with significant improvements to the clubhouse and championship golf course.
In addition the proposals include 50 exclusive individual residences.
Stuart Monk, Managing Director of the Jomast Group of Companies which includes Wynyard Golf Club explained, “The proposals are about creating new superb leisure facilities, enhancing the championship golf course and adding some new and very exclusive residences. All of the proposals are linked and will create an unrivalled development and build on the success of Wynyard.”
Details of the proposals are being put on public display in The Wellington Suite of Wynyard Golf Club on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th August 2010. Members of the public can view them from 3pm-7pm.
