Stakis Park Golf Course Opens Today

£1.7 million has been invested at the new PGA championship course at Templepatrick

The new 18-hole course designed by David Jones and David Feherty at the Stakis Park Hotel in Templepatrick, Northern Island opened this morning. The 7,000 yard layout cost £1.7 million to develop and features five man-made lakes and twelve water hazards. Other facilities include a putting green, a practice ground offering individual tuition, a golf academy and a health club within the hotel.

The four star Stakis Park Hotel adjoining the golf club opened in June 1998. The property overlooks the spectacular County Antrim hills and is within easy reach of Belfast airports.
