Antognolla Golf, one of Italy’s premier golf resorts, has confirmed its participation at next month’s International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) in Rome.

Located near Perugia in the Umbrian countryside, the luxury resort, which boasts an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, will be showcasing a wide range of new packages, including new accommodation partners, as well as unveiling some important updates to the facilities, to IGTM visitors.

Antognolla Golf will be playing a strong supporting role when Rome hosts the Ryder Cup in 12 months’ time, with the venue currently undergoing a significant upgrade with the planned opening of the new Six Senses Hotel within the 12th century Castello di Antognolla in early 2023.

César Burguière, Antognolla Golf’s Director of Golf, said: “The International Golf Travel Market plays a central role with our international travel company development. We understand the importance of working closely with international golf travel companies, especially as we are entering the Ryder Cup year and we always look forward to sharing our ongoing resort updates with our golf travel family.”
