MemberInsight, the automated member survey platform for the private club industry, is exhibiting for the first time at the Club Management Association of America Conference & Club Business Expo in Nashville, Tennessee later this month.

The automated survey platform saw a great deal of success in 2018, with clients including Southern Hills Country Club, The Arbutus Club and Germantown Cricket Club now utilising the platform to assess member satisfaction, and follow up on member concerns.

The platform harnesses the science behind the Net Promoter Score, which is trusted by companies such as HSBC, Johnson & Johnson, Intercontinental Hotels, and Zappos to better understand client satisfaction, loyalty and areas of concern within their businesses. MemberInsight takes this concept, and automates survey delivery based on real time interactions at the club. Finally, MemberInsight adds the ability to automatically follow up with survey respondents, and even create to-do lists for departmental managers, providing a 360-degree survey solution for clubs.
