Held biennially, the CMAE European Conference is one of the industry’s most anticipated events, bringing together general managers, club executives, and industry experts from across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Delegates will experience immersive education, forward-thinking thought leadership, and unparalleled networking opportunities in a destination renowned for its tradition and excellence.

As part of the 2026 programme, CMAE have announced leadership expert Sarah Noll Wilson will deliver a practical and engaging keynote exploring what people truly need from their leaders during times of change. Her session will provide actionable insights into how leaders can adapt proven tools to align with the unique culture of their clubs.

Also joining the programme is Chris Tessone, Chief Business Officer at Congressional Country Club, who will lead a highly interactive session titled “AI in Action: Building Your Club’s Advantage.” Attendees will gain hands-on experience with the latest AI models, develop new skills, and leave with a practical toolkit they can immediately take back to their clubs.
