Specialist customer service, benchmarking and training provider, 59club UK has formed a new partnership with the UK Golf Federation, the organisation representing and supporting golf course owners, operators and participants in the UK.
This collaboration aims to enhance service delivery, operational standards and the overall experience for employees, members and guests across the UKGF’s network of over 1,000 member facilities. It will also better equip golf facilities with the insights and support needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and build long-term business sustainability.
Will Hewitt, General Manager of 59club UK, commented: “This is more than a partnership; it’s a shared commitment to improving the way golf businesses engage with their customers. By aligning with the UK Golf Federation, we’re excited to extend our support to a broader network of Resorts, Golf Clubs, Driving Ranges and nontraditional facilities, helping to drive excellence from the ground up.”
Doug Poole, CEO of the UK Golf Federation, added: “We are delighted to welcome 59club as a strategic partner. Their expertise and resources will be a game-changer for many of our members looking to elevate service levels and overall customer experience. This aligns perfectly with our mission to support and grow the business of golf in the UK.”
As part of the agreement, UKGF members will benefit from a range of 59club services, including educational events, workshops, operating and financial insights and benchmarking reports tailored specifically to the needs of the commercial golf sector.
