Specialist golf club photographer Andy Hiseman has published his new 2026 portfolio this week at www.hisemanphoto.com.

Over 200 new photos from last year’s photoshoots have been added to the portfolio, which contains almost 1,400 selected images from Hiseman’s 15 years as a golf photographer.

From the new Mad Swans golf courses and the Just Golf network of driving ranges & adventure golf facilities to established UK venues such as Beaconsfield, China Fleet and Roehampton Club, Andy Hiseman had another busy season in 2025.

“The sport is evolving rapidly off-course, and I did a lot of driving range photography in 2025” he said. “I enjoy the People photos, the Spa & Leisure, and the Facilities & Food work which I do in clubhouses, almost as much as I enjoy the dawns and sunsets out on the golf course. That is definitely reflected in my portfolio.

“For example, I spend a lot of time in gyms, but I’m never the one wearing spandex – we can all be thankful for that.”

He continued: “Every single image I send to customers goes through a detailed post-production ‘image valet’ process, so the actual photoshoot is only half the work. I have deleted thousands of bunker rakes from photographs since 2011!

“It is always a great pleasure to see my images filling the home pages on people’s websites or appearing in the media. For me, it is the perfect antidote to the more intense aspects of working in the commercial golf industry, where I have mainly been for the last 30 years. Right now, we are changing the world of indoor golf at Zen, for example, bringing movement to thousands of simulator bays and golf academies.

“But it does you good to escape the emails and Teams meetings occasionally: nothing in this sport beats seeing the sun rise or set over a golf course, and being there to capture the moment.”

Dozens of testimonials from customers and the golfing media are also shown on the hisemanphoto.com website.

Heading into his 16th golf season as a Nikon Professional, Hiseman – like all photographers – is used to being patient, not only for the shot but also for the course conditions.

“Mother Nature recharges herself each year at this time, bringing beauty back to the fairways and greens. The grass is growing and I can’t wait to get out there to photograph golf courses again” he said. “We need the leaves back on the trees and enough growth for the greenkeepers to be able to present their golf courses in the right way.

“The month of May is when the visuals begin to build towards the lush early summertime, when there are rich pickings to be found with a camera. But before that, April brings out the gorse and many other flowers, including the cherry blossom, and in its own way it is as beautiful as the autumn when the heather is in bloom.”

Just as nature is reawakening, so do golf clubs as thoughts turn to this year’s new images. “An email which I sent to UK clubs this week drew my best-ever response, as regards opens and clicks, so people’s minds are very much turning to this subject right now!” said Hiseman.

“Perhaps it’s the longer evenings, or maybe it’s the Masters Tournament just a few days away. April is the month when many golfers dust off the sticks and head out.

“Golf photographers are no different!”
