adidas has introduced the CODECHAOS 22 an all-new design featuring innovative technologies that promises to push spikeless golf shoe performance to the next level.
Distinctive to the CODECHAOS model, the completely refreshed disruptive silhouette and outsole has been designed so that golfers can feel better connection and support with the ground throughout their swing. adidas focused on the unmistakable TWISTGRIP technology, which now expands across the heel and forefoot, but also goes higher on the sidewall wraps for improved grip and performance.
The revamped upper has a bold design aesthetic made with recycled materials, combining a multi-layer performance textile with a thin PU film, offering improved performance with stain resistance and a waterproof warranty. As with previous models, it will still feature a full-length BOOST cushioning technology for added comfort with every step.
“CODECHAOS truly disrupted the golf footwear market when we first introduced the franchise in 2020,” said Masun Denison, global footwear director, adidas Golf. “With this being the first all-new revamp, we challenged ourselves to build upon that disruptive mindset, so with CODECHAOS 22 we went even bolder in both aesthetics and performance technologies.”
To go with the disruptive and high-performance outsole, this BOA model features a new closure system with technical overlapping panels underneath a zipper shroud construction. The easy on-and-off construction will give golfers a customizable fit, provide enhanced support throughout the foot and offer a clean and premium aesthetic.
CODECHAOS22 is being introduced in a limited-edition grey, white and black colourway that will only be available in limited quantities. Additional colourways will be available as part of the in-line options for the new footwear.
The new CODECHAOS 22 footwear will be available in both laced and BOA models for men and women, alongside a junior BOA model that drafts off this unique design.
All models of CODECHAOS 22 will be available at retail beginning June 24 on adidas.com, the adidas app and at select retailers worldwide.
