ProQuip, the world’s leading innovator of lightweight golf weatherwear, has launched two new colours in its pioneering water repellent knitwear range for 2014.
Increased demand for ProQuip’s high quality, total easy care knitwear has led the Scottish outerwear specialist to introduce two new colour ways, Grove Green and Fjord Blue, to its 100 per cent British Lambswool and Italian Merino Wool collections.
Lambswool crew, v-neck sweaters and slipovers are now available in Grove Green while Merino Wool slipovers, v-neck and lined half zip sweaters are available in Fjord Blue for 2014.

The knitwear range, now available in 13 colours, is manufactured using 100% high quality British lambswool and specially treated to make it water repellent.ProQuip knitwear is also available in Merino wool with a range of five colour options.
24 hour water repellency
Tests by ProQuip’s Scottish design team show that water can sit pooled on the surface of the knitwear for 24 hours before seeping through the water repellent fabric.
The 2/17Nm lambswool (New metric – two pieces of fine quality yarn twisted together) produces a premium handle garment that is extremely durable with minimal piling.
As a result of its total easy care performance, the product is machine washable and tumble dryer friendly, and ironing will enhance the water repellency of the garment.
The new colours in the knitwear range are available in crew-neck and V-neck styles in addition to the pre-existing colour options: Navy, Grey Mix, Black, Tartan Green, Bordeaux, Autumn Red, Mariner Blue, Persian Blue, Purple, Electric Blue, Inferno and Kiwi Green.
All ProQuip knitwear can be embroidered and its service to golf retailers includes a full club cresting facility. Sizes are S-XXL.
