Shady Rays, the US-based lifestyle and adventure eyewear brand, has announced the launch of a new partnership with digital media golf brand Good Good Golf.
The collaboration strengthens Shady Rays‘ commitment to the golf market – a core focus for the American-owned sunglasses company – while launching an exciting new S|R Golf collection designed specifically for the demands of the course.
Together, the creative personalities behind Good Good Golf have worked with the S|R Golf product team to showcase cutting-edge style and technology that elevates golfers’ experiences from tee to green.
“Golf has always been a passion point for our brand, and this partnership with Good Good Golf represents a perfect alignment of our values,” said Shady Rays founder and CEO Chris Ratterman. “Both of our brands believe in delivering exceptional quality, style, and value to everyday golfers. Our S|R Golf collection combines performance technology with styles that look great both on and off the course, and Good Good’s authentic connection with golf enthusiasts makes them the ideal partner to help us bring these products to more players and fans.”

The partnership has launched with a special collection release featuring three exclusive styles co-designed with Good Good Golf, now available at shadyrays.com and any one of Shady Rays’ six retail locations in the US.
The collaboration will continue with an in-person activation at Good Good Golf’s King of the Mountain event at the Kemper Lakes Golf Club in Chicago on September 4. Additional brand activations in-person and across Good Good Golf’s expansive media channels will follow throughout the year.
The exclusive collection takes three existing Shady Rays models — Classics (£122), Oakmont (£122), and Apex (£137)— and adds Good Good Golf branding and custom colourways. Each style features Shady Rays’ advanced lens technology designed to enhance visibility of course contours and reduce eye fatigue during long days on the links.
“We’ve seen first-hand how the guys at Good Good put gear through its paces, which is why our industry-leading Lost & Broken Protection program is such a perfect fit for golfers,” added Ratterman. “When you’re focused on making that perfect shot, the last thing you should worry about is what happens if your sunglasses fall off or get damaged. With Shady Rays, we’ve got golfers covered no matter what happens on the course.”
Good Good Golf founder & CEO Matt Kendrick added, “Our team has always been particular about the eyewear we use while filming and playing. Partnering with Shady Rays gives us the perfect combination of style, performance, and durability. Having their Lost & Broken protection is a game-changer for golfers — we’ve all had those moments where sunglasses get dropped or sat on, and knowing Shady Rays has our back makes a huge difference. These collaborative styles are Good Good approved, and athlete tested.”
