Accountancy Matters, the outsourcing accounts and payroll specialist for UK golf clubs, have recently welcomed Aishah Rammell (pictured left) as their new Finance Manager, and with it their 30th member of staff.

The company, founded in 2018, have grown significantly and now boast over 40 golf clubs, including prestigious venues such as Sunningdale, St. Georges Hill and Huntercombe. Services offered to their clients go from outsourced payroll solutions through to full accounting and finance reporting.

Adopting the latest technologies, clubs are quickly on-boarded and presented with a number of different tools to help streamline their accounts processes. Thanks to the web-based software, Xero, clubs can scan invoices and have ready access to real-time accounts – all presented in a bespoke format of the clubs choosing. The live integration goes further thanks to full synchronisation with Intelligent Golf, the popular golf management system.

Talking of the new milestone for the company, Paul Mould, Director, says, “We’re thrilled to welcome Aishah on board. This is a further testament of our commitment to our clients in offering outstanding systems and support in their accounting function. Based out of our offices at Hartley Wintney in Hampshire, we have a great team – many of whom have been with us for multiple years.”

Paul continues, “Our aim is to continue to offer a truly 5-star level of support while adopting the many new technologies that are coming to the market. We’ve more coming online this year, but the whole principle is to make the production of financial records and reporting easy, accurate and real-time.”
