Claire Morris has been appointed to the position of General Manager for outdoor power equipment specialist, SANLI UK Ltd.

Reporting directly to the company’s Managing Director, Mark Osborne, Claire has been SANLI UK’s southern area sales manager since the beginning of the year, supporting and  appointing SANLI dealers throughout southern England and parts of East Anglia. She will continue in this role in her new position as the company’s General Manager.

In addition to working with and supporting Mark Osborne in developing, overseeing and promoting profitable sales and marketing efforts by SANLI UK, Claire’s extended responsibilities include the building of an effective, dedicated and well-trained specialist dealer network for SANLI products throughout the UK and Ireland.

By taking on a number of Mark Osborne’s essential day-to-day management and reporting duties, Claire will also free-up Mark’s time, enabling him to carry out effectively his own newly-extended duties as Director of European Operations for the China Engine Group and the Fujian Sanli Engine Company Ltd.

Welcoming Claire’s appointment as General Manager of SANLI UK Ltd, Mr Osborne commented that he had had no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her for this well- deserved and overdue senior position. “As General Manager, Claire will have great opportunities to help build on the brand of SANLI across the UK and Europe and I very much welcome her valued input and strategies,” he said.

Claire, who lives in Oxfordshire, has extensive sales, marketing and management experience gained over 18 years working within a variety of industries.
