The Grass Group have expanded their service capacity with the appointment of Robin Sugg as Assistant Service Manager. This new position will strengthen the service team and see Robin take charge of the day to day running of the company’s service department.

Robin’s appointment represents the ongoing growth of the Suffolk based supplier, who recently confirmed they will be taking over exclusive UK distribution of GKB Machines from the Netherlands.

A fully trained agricultural engineer and BAGMA installation trainer, Rob is a familiar face within The Grass Group team, having previously worked at the company as a service engineer. This experience means he brings with him in-depth knowledge and experience of The Grass Group brands including ATT, Progressive, Trilo and RotaDairon, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the agricultural and turf care machinery sector.

His new role will see him take responsibility for client, customer and dealer liaison but still be heavily involved in repair and servicing, with the rest of the service team, preparing the machinery ready for hire.

In his spare time Robin is a keen DIY enthusiast and has recently taken on the project of renovating his home.
