Warren Takes Charge of Jacobsen’s New Products

E-Z-GO’s former Engineering Manager Warren Clark joins Jacobsen as Director, New Product Management.

Warren Clark has joined Jacobsen as Director, New Product Development. He reports directly to Vasant Gondhalekar, Jacobsen’s Vice President, Engineering, and in his new role is responsible for all new product development activities. Jacobsen, based in Charlotte, NC, is a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company and one of the leading turf maintenance equipment manufacturers worldwide.

Clark joins Jacobsen transferring from E-Z-GO, a Textron company, where he has served in various positions beginning as a Project Engineer in 2003. During the past seven years he has served as Senior Project Engineer, Advanced Engineering Team Leader and most recently, Engineering Manager.

Prior to joining Textron, he held various Design Engineering positions with Superior Valve Company, Crown Division, and Nacco. His accomplishments include Textron’s Chairman’s Award for Innovation, Passion for Premier Award, and patents on the AC drive system and electronic brake used on E-Z-GO’s new RXV golf car.

Commenting on this new appointment, Dan Wilkinson, President of Jacobsen said, “I’m delighted that Warren is joining us here in Charlotte as it is proof of the ethos of talent sharing across the Textron group. He is relocating to the Charlotte area from Augusta, GA, with his wife, Lisa and their 9 year old daughter and 6 year old twins.
