Kings Cliffe site for sale

Outline planning granted for a 90-bedroom hotel with conference facilities, a 45-hole golf course, purpose-built clubhouse, holiday village complex and many other sports facilities

The Kings Cliffe Leisure development site in Northamptonshire is to be sold by FPD Savills Leisure with a guide price of in excess of £3 million.

The site is situated between the villages of Wansford and Kings Cliffe, and outline planning has been granted for a 90-bedroom hotel with conference facilities, a 45-hole golf course, purpose-built clubhouse, holiday village complex, indoor and outdoor facilities including tennis.
